International Campus Emmen
Stenden University of Applied Sciences location Emmen has its own campus. It contains 104 rooms available for international students.
This campus is located about 600 metres from the university. Each flat has room for 4 persons. Each student has his/her own room.
Furnished accommodation
Stenden University of Applied Sciences, location Emmen offers furnished and unfurnished accommodation for all new international students.
Students will share flats or houses. The average cost of accommodation is € 325,- per month for a furnished room and € 250 per month for an unfurnished room, including bills (heating, electricity and water). The rent for the first and last month has to be paid in advance.
In the furnished rooms, you do not need to bring your own cooking utensils. However, bed linen is not provided. It can be bought at the university shop. Washing machines are available.

When it is not possible to provide you with a room at our campus, Stenden location Emmen will assist you in finding suitable accommodation. The average costs of these accommodations may vary.
