Human Resource Department:

I work in HR department as an assistant of the HR offices which we are responsible of compensation, benefit and policies.


We do grading this means put the salaries and the benefits that each employee according to his education and experience also we have grade for each job and we put the grade according to job description.
Moreover, we are responsible for the sick leaves, annual leaves, and emergency leaves this information should go directly to data entry program ‘SAP’ this program have all the information about all employee.


We do organization charts for all the Companies each year include the people who left the company and new vacancies.


Finally, we are responsible for filling this is basically file all the paper like contract, legal issues and  information of the employee in his own file.
