In the summer issue of the alumni magazine Stenden Connects you will see stories of various alumni such as IHM alumnus and Leeuwarden alderman Marco Florijn, who was elected Best Local Administrator 2009 also because of his use of new media. Also a story about Linda Brueker, Office Management and Leisure Management alumna, who holds her ground in the taxi world. Teacher Training College alumna Loes Eefting reminisces about her favourite memory of her time in Emmen. Furthermore, it seems that the new generation of higher educated people is not really interested in the corporate world. It is a generation of paradoxes.
