On 1 September 2010, Stenden University of Applied Science opened its new single point of contact function (hereafter ELF for Eén-loket-faciliteit). If you have any questions or complaints about issues such as testing, the allocation of study credits or study progress and you don’t know whom to turn to, you can send an email to email@example.com
Depending on the nature of your question or complaint, ELF will refer you to your programme’s Examination Committee, the Board of Appeal for Examinations, or Stenden university’s Executive Board.
If you are sure, in advance, that you need to lodge your complaint with the Examination Committee, you can turn directly to your programme’s Examination Committee. The instructions for this procedure are outlined in your programme’s study guide. Complaint about undesired behaviour?
