Location
The Tourism Management programme is offered at the Stenden campus sites in Leeuwarden and Qatar.
Duration
The programme takes four year to complete.
However, based on prior learning and / or work experiences, a certain amount of study time can be skipped or left out.
Our admissions committee will decide the length of your studies upon receiving the applicant’s documents.
Intakes
The study Tourism Management starts in September and in February.
Variants
In the Tourism Management programme, it is possible to choose between various minors and exchange programs. There is also a short track variant programme which is described as follows:
Short-track Programme
The Short Track Tourism Management course enables international students to obtain a BBA degree in Tourism Management through accreditation of their prior learning and work experience. This system is based on the philosophy of the European Credit Transfer System developed by the European Union.
The programme varies between one and a half to three years, depending on the prior experience and qualifications of the student. Applicants must include documentation showing proof of the relevant prior education and work experience when submitting their application. Work experience documentation must contain 2 names of references and contact details (e-mail or phone numbers).
