Share your recipe and contribute to the Grand Tour cookery book!

​Dear (international) students,

As you might know, Stenden's Hotel Management School is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. As part of this special celebration we will publish a cookery book that will be a reflection of Stenden’s international character, which is brought about by you, students from many diverse countries and cultures.

To celebrate this, we,  Albert Kooij (founder/creator of the New Dutch Cuisine) and Michiel Postma (Tutor F and B, lecturer German and cookery book author), would like to write the book together with you. We need … students from ... different countries who are willing to provide and prepare a favorite snack recipe from their country of origin, together with Albert Kooij.

By sharing your recipe with us you will be part of the book and of course your name will be mentioned on your ‘country page’, together with your recipe, and maybe we could add some cultural facts. For you this might be a great reminder of the time you studied at Stenden!
