Reporting procedure

Before your studies

If you have a disability report this either before or immediately at the beginning of your studies to the contact person for Disability & Study in the Student Counselling Office. She will then inform the co-ordinator for personal coaching of your institute.

At the beginning of your studies
At the beginning of your studies you will have a meeting with your study coach (or personal coach).
During this meeting you should clearly indicate that you have a disability. He will refer you to the study coach co-ordinator (year co-ordinator or team leader) and the contact person for Disability & Study of the Student Counselling Office (see contact persons).

During your studies
Tell your personal coach if you experience a problem during your studies. He will refer you to the study coach co-ordinator (year co-ordinator or team leader) and the contact person for Disability & Study of the Student Counselling Office (see contact persons). You can also directly go the Disability & Study contact person.

Other Changes
If there are any changes in your situation please report this to those with whom you drew up the contract. If necessary, your contract will be changed.

Required documents
In your first meeting with the Disability & Study contact person it is handy to bring along any documents you have in respect of your disability. For instance, a medical report on your disability from your GP, doctor or psychologist/psychiatrist. This report is necessary when taking measures for provisions and adaptations in your institute. Sometimes the report may provide suggestions for a solution.

It is a good idea to let us know of any provisions or adaptations that you may have used in previous schools.

Of course, other documents can also clarify your situation. Bring them along if you think they are relevant.
