Strange country, strange language, strange people?

The FReC-committee will help international exchange students to find their way in Leeuwarden!

Who is the FReC???
The ForeignRelationsCommittee consists of Dutch students from all kind of studies at Stenden, who love to experience other cultures and to make friends from all over the world.

What does the FReC do?
The FReC-committee was created especially for exchange students who come to study at Stenden University. We try to support them as well as possible from your day of arrival on, until the day of your departure. We help them with getting their room's keys, we show them the city and the school and help them with the intranet at Stenden. But school is only one aspect! Of course we will show them the bars, discos and the nightlife in Leeuwarden. Additionally, we want to show them our country. We will organize trips to different destinations in the Netherlands to show them the Netherlands' most interesting places. To make them familiar with the Dutch culture we will join the real Dutch celebrations like Queen's Day or Sinterklaas. As you see, there are a lot of things to organise we need your help for!
